RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS
30 Day Return Window
Begin your return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Item Condition
To be accepted, returned items must meet all of the following requirements:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, please contact us within 30 days to start the return process.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging may not be accepted.
- Certain items may be subject to restocking fees or return shipping costs. Please review the specific product terms or contact customer support for details on fees related to your return.
Inspection, Discrepancies, and Deductions
Every return is inspected. Missing, ineligible items can reduce or cancel credit. Credit adjustments for unselected or questionable items are issued only after the warehouse review.
Reserved Rights and Legal Notice
Non Frozen Cherries items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving altered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non-Frozen Cherries items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
