Returns & Refund Policy
If something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, submit a request through our Contact Us page.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Items must be returned with original packaging and receipt.
- Returns are not accepted for opened or used items.
Items that fail quality checks after use will be sent back to the customer.
All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Return collection charges may apply. Contact us for more details on the charges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately through our Contact Us page with your order details and product images.
Return Processing
Once your return reaches us, inspection and processing typically take 1–2 working days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued as gift vouchers after inspection.
Credit card refunds apply only if:
- The item is out of stock
- The item is damaged or defective
- The item does not match the description
Credit card refunds are processed within 3–10 working days. Bank processing may take an additional 7–14 days.
Cash on Delivery and cancelled orders are refunded as gift vouchers.

We currently do not offer exchanges.
